Fix so will adjust settings for some sites that return an error code when
resuming.
Some changes to Pro's Web Access so GetRight can be aliased/redirected--so
it works if something like: http://123.4.4.4/GetRight/ redirects to the
GetRight Pro port.
Added extra "close window" timer to try and avoid any getting
left open when Automatic downloading.
Fixed so "Download Finished" tip window will disappear after
moving.
Fixed some refresh things on the Server Synchronizer windows.
