product update mechanism. Instead, database updates will be handled in the
same way as other ThreatFire program database updates and will happen
automatically in the background on regularly scheduled intervals (assuming
automatic updates is on).
Animated Tray Icon. Animation (flickering flame) during scan and
quarantine. Tooltip during animation provides additional information.
New product update and breaking news bulletin notices, both of which can
be turned On or Off in Settings.
New malware rules.
New/Updated Help file.
Miscellaneous fixes for the following (most of these were mentioned in the
ThreatFire forum: schedule a scan settings, blank alerts at slider
Protection Level 4, periodically unable to sign in to eBay and Hotmail, fix
for viewing at 120 DPI.
Improved malware detections.
Fewer false positives.
Miscellaneous other program fixes.
