FreeRIP is a Windows application that lets you save audio CD tracks to Wav, MP3, WMA, Ogg Vorbis or FLAC audio files (this process is known as ripping). FreeRIP is also a audio file and mp3 converter and it can convert audio files from one of the named formats to another. E.G. FreeRIP can convert a WAV file to MP3 or a FLAC file to MP3, and so on.

- Fixed some problems in conversion code (stereo<->mono, bit per sample changing)
- Fixed a buffer underrun that could happen in MP3 writer doing file conversions
Fixed: now FreeRIP correctly rips to Flac when Flac is selected as default output format

- Fixed: FreeRIP now replaces dots in file name with underscores to avoid folder creation problems on Win XP/Vista

- Fixed: Now FreeRIP correctly shows tracks length in Converter and Tagger modes if it is available in file tags
- Added: now FreeRIP displays an error when a file added to converter or tagger is skipped because it is in an unsupported format
- Added: now FreeRIP automatically close and ask you restarting when user changes Force ASPI option
- Updated Russian language file
- Added: Valencian language file
- Added: Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese languages to installer
- Now FreeRIP Basic can only handle a limited number of files at the time in converter and tagger modes (while FreeRIP Pro is unlimited)
