Changelog:

• FIXED: The temperature images in the slider at the bottom of the "NOW" section of the main Weather Watcher Live were not displaying the images properly when displaying the temperature with tenths and in Celsius.
  
  
• FIXED: After changing the conversion settings in the "Conversion" tab of the Weather Watcher Live Options window, the main Weather Watcher Live window was not refreshing to reflect the new conversion settings.
  
  
• FIXED: The map image in the "NOW" section of the main Weather Watcher Live window was being cached too long for locations outside of the US -- causing the map image to either not display or display an outdated map image.
  
  
• FIXED: Wind was not converting properly in the Hourly forecast.
