Trillian is a fully featured, stand-alone, skinnable chat client that supports AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo Messenger, and IRC. It provides capabilities not possible with original network clients, while supporting standard features such as audio chat, file transfers, group chats, chat rooms, buddy icons, multiple simultaneous connections to the same network, server-side contact importing, typing notification, direct connection (AIM), proxy support, encrypted messaging (AIM/ICQ), SMS support, and privacy settings.

Changelog:
This morning we’ve started to roll out a minor update to Trillian 3.1, version 3.1.12.0. This version addresses 3 recently reported security vulnerabilies and includes a minor fix for the MSN engine that was causing crashes for a small number of customers.

In Astra news, we’re continuing to add thousands of new testers each week and will be ramping up the rate over the coming weeks. Testing is going reasonably well - we’ve fixed a few issues server-side as they’ve cropped up, and some of you may have noticed the occasional disconnect on the Astra service as we perform emergency maintenance or tuning when necessary. Please bear with us during this process - we’ll have everything smoothed out before the final release.
