New: Added support for a new version of the "Sony ARccOS
protection" as found on "Hitch" R1 (US) to the option to
remove "Protection based on unreadable Sectors"
Fix: Problem introduced in 5.2.4.2
not all unreadable areas of ARccOS protected discs were replaced with
dummy sectors
Some minor fixes and improvements
