Weave Sync 1.2.1

As the Web continues to evolve and more of our lives move online, we believe that Web browsers like Firefox can and should do more to broker rich experiences while increasing user control over their data and personal information. Weave is a Firefox add-on that is aimed at exploring this opportunity.

Changelog:
* Sync data faster by detecting when you've added additional devices and downloading all data in one pass
* Easier access to remote tabs from the right-end of the tab bar or going to about:weave-tabs
* Less disruptive "start over" by showing the sync direction options and skipping the username entry
* Prevent potential data corruption by favoring most recent changes and being less strict about version requirements
