Updated to OpenSSL libraries from 0.9.7g to 0.9.8.

Improved transfer pane item update, some items were being updated even
when it wasn't required.
Improved Synchronize Folders so the dialog appears prior to searching sub
directories, so the "Cancel" button is available if needed.
