Changelog:
- Rewritten setup wizard. This will keep your settings when installing newer
builds, and simplifies the update process.
- Setup wizard is now translated to German as well.
- Help->Language submenu for choosing the UI language (English or German)
- When doing scaling after rotation of selected pixels, the axes of scaling
is also rotated (much more intuitive!)
- You may constrain rotation of selected pixels to 15 degree angles by
holding down shift
- Fixed a crash with the Canvas Size dialog on Windows 2000
- Updates manager now works through a proxy if one is setup in Internet

Please note that this build will expire on October 7th. An update will be
available before then. The final release of 2.2 will not expire.
