Added new spam detection algorithm for emails containing lots of noise
Fixed problem where pressing More -> Blacklist -> Domain and Whitelist -> Domain would insert the email address instead
Fixed problem where certain HTML-only mails would skip detection
Fixed rare problem with SFAGENT.EXE where log file would grow excessively
Added "Request Contact Whitelist" Wizard

Fixed problem where installation would fail on certain systems (failing to register SFOLTOOL.DLL)
