Changelog:
- Uses .Net v2 and so is more stable (in threading etc).
- Corrects PTSs by default. Thus correct duration if resulting mpegs is show in WMP etc.
- Ability to abourt the process.
- New version of FFMPEG: maintains A/V sync.
