Added:

Detailed forecast page to Splendid forecast skin.
"[CRLF]" and "[TAB]" template codes to be used with export template.
Entire severe alert will be displayed when mousing over the red alert bar at the top of the Splendid forecast skin when an alert exists.
New items to "Common Problems" and "How To..." sections of the Weather Watcher Manual.

Changed:

The Splendid forecast skin will display tonight and tomorrow's forecasts when today's forecast no longer applies (around 3 PM).
Adjusted highest/lowest values on Splendid forecast skin thermometer to make the reading appear more realistic.
Alert*.txt files are now stored in the Weather Watcher program directory to avoid alert-related problems when switching skins while an alert exists.
Set vertical alignment to top for Day/Hour/Moon tabs on Splendid forecast skin.

Fixed:

Weather Watcher was not properly loading sounds that were outside of the Weather Watcher program directory after restarting Weather Watcher.
In certain cases, the Weather Watcher window size was not being remembered after restarting Weather Watcher.
Splendid daily forecast detailed information mouse-overs (day names on the left) were out of sync at times.
Weather was not always automatically updating when switching cities from the Weather Watcher "Change Active City" system tray icon menu item.
Splendid Current forecast broken icon problem that was introduced by the 5.6.3 release.
