  • When system go S3/S4, SW set PHY to 10/100 mode
  • New PHY paramter for better linking result
  • Cardbus MAC reset lock issue when surprised unplug
For RTL8169 SB:
  • Enabled 8169SB hardware auto speed down
  • New PHY paramter for better linking result
For RTL8139:
  • Change back to serialize mode
For RTL8139C+:
  • Fix NDIS packet overwrite bug
