- Added Scheduled Tasks to the Export/Import process.
- Added Automation Rules to the Export/Import process.
- Added some Workgroup settings that weren't getting read during the Import process.
- Changed the way messages are deleted from the message list when using Microsoft SQL Server to double performance.
- Changed the way messages are deleted when using the Workgroup or Navigator "Delete All Messages" option when using Microsoft SQL Server. This is now the fastest way to empty a Workgroup or Newsgroup. Any message that is NOT Queued, marked Keep, or moved to a subfolder will be moved to the Trash folder in one update query.
- Added "Mark Read" as an action option for Automation Rules.
- Fixed insert/update queries when creating or editing an Automation Rule and the Subject or Author contains characters that cause Microsoft SQL Server to reject the query.
- Fixed a bug in the message composition window that caused a crash when selecting an alternate server to post through while using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Fixed status message in the Queue view when server failed to return the requested article on a single-part message.
- Added Workgroup cross-post checking to prevent messages being split across Workgroups.
- New Workgroup setting: "Reject headers if posted to more than NN groups". If this is set to "1" or more, then headers that are cross-posted to more than the specified number of newsgroups will be rejected. Set to "0" for no cross-post filtering.
- Fixed a bug in the Purge Messages task editor that did not save the purge type properly.
- Fixed a bug when filtering newsgroups in the cross-post selector of the message composition window. This bug only affected Microsoft SQL Server users.
- Fixed background coloring for some unexpected color combinations.
- Added the current Message-ID being processed to relevant error messages generated by the Thread Manager.
- Added new command-line parameter: -nomutexwarning Add this parameter to turn off concurrent instance warnings on startup.
- Fixed "Zoom on double-click" in the message list after minimizing the message viewer.
- Modified options on the Connections view Settings menu: 1) Oldest connection at Bottom (default), 2) Oldest connection at Top, 3) Do Not Cycle Connections
- Added the ability to filter on Message-ID's.
- Fixed a bug on the "Delete With Filter" Scheduled Task that caused the task to find no messages because the query didn't account for the possibility of a NULL value in the search criteria.
- Set default Workgroup to current Workgroup when using the "Create Automation Rule" feature from the message list.
- Modified descript.ion file extra data to use user-definable formatting.
- Added a new setting to specify a global path to use for a single descript.ion file.
- Text-only messages will now be Auto-Saved as a text file when a) downloaded with Auto-Save enabled, b) added to the Queue using the Queue Wizard or the Quick Queue option and c) the option "Auto-Save Text Messages" is enabled on either of those two queuing methods. The name of the text file will be derived from the subject text.
- Fixed attachments icons when sorting on a column other than "Subject" or "Thread".
- Revamped Quick Filter tool window for easier access to various options.
- Added a Quick Filter to the Queue toolbar.
- Fixed updating Queue view when the current Server/Group changes.
- Added a new setting to allow headers to be scanned everytime an Automation Rule runs.
