Added:
- PNG wallpaper support.
- "Add New City..." at the top of the "Change Active
City" system tray menu item.
Changed:
- Reordered buttons in "Active City" Weather Watcher Options tab.
Fixed:
- Options "Active City" --> "Add City" search was
returning the "Server Not Found" message.
