The current version incorporates a long awaited function to change a HyperTransport clock frequency. Now, if your system board is based on VIA, nVidia or AMD chipset you can change the HT frequency on the fly without any system restart! Accessible steps are 100MHz, 200MHz, 400MHz, 600MHz, 800MHz and 1000MHz! CBId doesn’t use any tricks, it conforms to the HyperTransport Specification only. In addition, you can change a HyperTransport width too.
