- ADDED: HTML wallpaper format in "Wallpaper" options.
- ADDED: Ability to toggle between old wallpaper changer and new Active Desktop wallpaper changer in "Wallpaper" options.
- FIXED: Weather Watcher interface will resize itself if it's larger than screen on startup.
