Just managed to recover an MSX BASIC file from a 720K floppy using this. Instead of losing a whole sector's worth of program I had just three corrupted lines to deal with. It didn't like writing back to a 720K disk (not in Windows 7 at least), it just left the disk untouched, so here's how to read the disk and write the image back:- 1) Recover the disk (run the program as Administrator or it can't create the .SAV file in its program folder) 2) Copy the .SAV file to the desktop and rename it as a .DSK file 3) Open it with HxD Hex Editor and DELETE the first 31 bytes (yes, the resulting file will be shorter, this is what you want) 4) Open the .SAV file with Disk Manager 0.14 (by Rudolf Lechleitner) and either extract the files you want or you can try writing the image to disk. If it won't write, open with HxD again and delete the second half of the file (you want a DS-DD image to be 737280 or $B4000 bytes long)
