The Options window was not opening with the last selected tab.
When using the custom skinned tooltip window position, the window now
automatically adjusts its horizontal position when the height of the tooltip
window changes.
At times, the skinned tooltip window was displaying behind the Windows
taskbar and/or other running program windows.
