Added: Check to see if the Windows Management Instrumentation service is started before trying to enumerate DVD recorders.
Fixed: Project files with subtitles were not loaded correctly.
Fixed: Wrong disc space requirement calculation if an audio source had a delay.
Fixed: Some files used to produce choppy audio, tweaked audio encoding parameters.
Fixed: Audio sources not sampled at 48000 Hz are now properly resampled (fixes many files not playing right).
Fixed: Bug with OGM files and embedded subtitlesstreams unknown to FFMPEG.
Changed: When your disc is full, you can now opt to continue encoding anyway.
Changed: Cygwin DLLs have been moved back to dvdauthor folder.
