Several changes and improvements related to the 'Password protection' of TweakVI
Subscriber editions only: Improved registry cleaner engine

Bugs fixed:

Subscriber editions only: Fixing an issue with the password protection feature where it was impossible to remove an active password protection
Subscriber editions only: fixing a bug in the 'Password Generator' plugin that prevented changing the number of generated passwords and their length
Subscriber editions only: some thrird party registry cleaners damaged the TweakVi installation. We have added some code to TweakVI that checks for corrupted registry keys and re-writes them in case they were missing, or damaged
Subscriber editions only: Fixing a bug in the 'Software and Updates' plugin where it was impossible to remove uninstall entries from the 'Installed software' list
Fixing a bug in the 'IE tweaks' plugin where two tweaks were not working properly
Fixing a few bugs in the 'Outlook tweaks' plugin where some settings where not applied properly to Outlook 2007
