Posted on Tuesday, April 10 2007 @ 12:29:32 CEST by

  • Removed city code (e.g. "[USPA0226]") from Weather Watcher system tray "Change Active City" menu.
  • Made improvements to dl.exe data downloader to prevent dl.exe process from hanging open in the Windows Task Manager.
  • Minimize/close button on main Weather Watcher window was not always displaying the correct tooltip after changing the dropdown in the "General" tab of the Weather Watcher Options.
  • Added a workaround to deal with the Windows XP bug that prevents the Weather Watcher system tray icon from loading when Weather Watcher is set to load when Windows starts.
  • Weather Watcher was duplicating the city list at times when closing the Weather Watcher Options window.
  • Hourly forecast was not listing the days correctly when the hours are out of synch at weather.com.
  • When no severe alerts were available, the "[ALERTS COUNT]" template code was not being reset to "0".
  • When the "Show Tray Balloon Tip When" dropdown was set to "Barometer Changes" in the "Tray Tooltip" tab of the Weather Watcher Options window, the tooltip balloon was appearing everytime the weather was retrieved.
