WinRAR 3.70 beta 7

- -ioff switch did not work in unrar.exe;
- WinRAR 3.70 beta failed to process volumes with malformed file name extensions like .rar, .002, .r03. It continued to ask for next volume even after specifying its exact name;
- WinRAR shell extension did not work in Windows 95.
