Logitech SetPoint 3.3 b8

We would like to make this patch available on the forums first to get feedback on it. The patch fixes the issues listed below:

1. Control + Shift key combination bringing up Secure Encryption Wizard
2. 24 hour clock fix for European (with the exception of UK) MX 5000 sets
3. Firmware upgrade on MX 5000 / diNovo Media Desktop Laser receiver

You will need SetPoint 3.3 installed first before installing the patch.
