- Do not use asynchronous I/O on Windows.
- Make USSD work with AT phones.
- Fix setting date on Siemens MC75 (Rudolf Cejka).
- Config file on Windows is now searched in Application Data folder.

- Properly handle OBEX error codes (bug #298).
