Sumatra PDF is a slim, free, open-source PDF viewer for Windows.

fixed .pdf extension registration on Vista

mingw compilation fixes and project files for CodeBlocks - contributed by MrChuoi
fixed a few crashes
moved the sources to Google Code project hosting
