Changelog:
- Added a balloon warning when starting a second instance
- Dialog box's are now positioned near the MemInfo tray icon
- Improved visual feedback when using internal font
- Fixed : no longer the taskbar button appears when displaying the about dialog
- Minor Bug fixes and tweaks
