Yabause 0.9.0

Wow, we’re up to 0.9.0 already? We’re getting closer and closer to that 1.0 release. It’s definitely been a long time coming. Anyways, the main things for this release is more complete rotation screen emulation(coeficient tables are now handled correctly), various port related fixes(UI, etc.), and the regular dose of bug fixes.

- Added support for VDP1 line draw.
- Added support for VDP2 Rotation with coefficient tables.
- Other bug fixes.
- Added support for VDP1 frame buffer switching.
- Added support for VDP2 Rotation with coefficient tables.
- Fixed a bug in frame buffer erasing.

- Fixed a bug on 64 bits CPU.
- Hanged the location of the ini file to conform to XDG specification.
- Removed some old useless code.
- Added a "subclass" to GtkDrawingArea so sprite textures and screenshots can now be saved through a popup menu.
- Added fullscreen support.
- Added graphics layer toggling.
- Fixed a stack corruption bug in DirectInput code.
- Fixed(hopefully this time) the joystick centering bug.
