AMD: Driver fix for DirectX 9 issues is on the way

Earlier today, we wrote about a message from an AMD support guy about the DirectX 9 game issues that were introduced by the Adrenalin Edition driver branch. He suggested a fix for these problems was unlikely because AMD doesn't want to devote engineering resource to fixing issues with games that are 10 years old.

Either he guessed wrong or AMD changed its mind as Radeon driver guy Terry Makedon posted on Twitter that a fix is coming soon:

Happy 2018 everyone!! I am seeing some stories pop up about AMD not supporting some old games. That is absolutely not true, we are identifying the bug and working on a fix asap. C&C, Witcher, BfME, etc will be working again.
