Carbon nanotubes are a hot topic in semiconductor research these days; they offer the promise of increased performance, decreased size, and decreased power consumption as opposed to standard silicon-based devices. Recently, AOA had the opportunity to interview the co-founder and CEO of one of the most promising startups in this technology sector, Nantero.
