The NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT can be found for as cheap as 71EUR,

There is a catch though, as you have to pay the shipping costs and some other bills and if your are ordering via post you end up with a total of about €85.
That is still cheap, as the card can play Far Cry and Fear just fine and the Gainward 8500 GT overclocked that we are testing sells for just under €100.
In a local retail shop in Vienna you can get an 8500GT for €91.90, so DirectX 10 graphics has finally dropped below €100.
