Western Digital presents a new 250GB WD Passport Portable Drive. This sharp increase in storage offers consumers one of the first handheld storage devices with a whopping one- quarter terabyte capacity.

WD Passport Portable Drives have become popular worldwide for their plug- and-play capability, stylish, ultra-portable design, and sleek piano-black finish. At less than five ounces, this lightweight drive fits neatly in a pocket or backpack and is the perfect gadget to back up today's increasingly large files from digital pictures, HD (high definition) video and music.

The WD Passport Portable Drive 250 GB is expected to retail for $199.
