Did Microsoft reverse its stand on Windows 7 retail sales?

Over the weekend news hit the web that Microsoft quietly discontinued sales of Windows 7 to retailers, but now the software giant has once again updated the Windows lifecycle webpage, listing the retail software end of sales life of Windows 7 as "to be determined".
As of right now, Windows 7 end of software sales is "to be determined" and end of PC sales is "to be determined." Did Microsoft have a change of heart, seeing as how Windows 7 is still quite popular? Or did Microsoft originally publish the wrong dates. We will update you once we receive word from Microsoft.
