The Tech Report points out that Rosewill showed off a prototype of a new mechanical gaming keyboard at CES 2014. Mechanical keyboard are quite expensive so to cut costs Rosewill decided to adopt Chinese-built versions of Cherry's MX key switches. This will hopefully result in a big cost saving but it remains to be seen if the copy is as good as the original.
