The Tech Report
writes Acer updated the specifications of its "frameless" XG270HU screen to announce support for AMD's FreeSync technology.
Along with the thin bezel and adaptive refresh, the XG270HU features a 27" panel with a 2560x1440 resolution, 1-ms response time, and 144Hz peak refresh rate. Acer doesn't mention the panel technology, which tells me it's probably TN, especially considering the low response. Inputs include HDMI 2.0, dual-link DVI, and DisplayPort 1.2—and the monitor even has a pair of 2W speakers, in case your sound system is on the fritz.
