Last week a rumor about the AMD Radeon RX Vega's mining performance shocked gamers as it implied Vega would see massive demand from miners. The rumor was that the Radeon RX Vega 64 would have an Ethereum hash rate in the 70-100MH/s range.

TweakTown is currently testing the AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 Liquid Cooled Edition video card and reports the rumor was not accurate. The author doesn't mention specifics but notes that Vega's mining performance is "nowhere near 100MH/s".

We'll learn more the coming days, the RX Vega NDA expires on Monday.
