These are parts designated for low-end laptop applications, they're faster than Intel's integrated graphics but don't really provide a lot of performance.
NVIDIA claims the MX110 is 1.5x faster than the Intel HD Graphics 620, while the MX130 is 2.5x faster than the Intel HD Graphics 620. For comparison, the marketing materials of the MX150 that was launched earlier this year list a performance level that's four times higher than the HD Graphics 620.
There's not a whole lot of information here but it looks like both parts are rebrands of the Maxwell-based GeForce 920MX and GeForce 940MX GPUs. At the moment, there's no news about which laptops will use the MX110 or MX130 but these models will probably pop up soon.
The whole value proposition here is questionable, but as long as laptop makers show interest for these parts NVIDIA is probably more than happy to supply them.
