Freshly leaked Intel roadmaps reveal the chip giant's Z370 chipset is facing early retirement. Sometime this quarter, the Z370 will get replaced by the Z390. Overall, there's not much new, the biggest new features are USB 3.1 Gen 2 support and optional Wireless-AC support.

VideoCardz writes some motherboard makers say it's basically a renamed Z370 as there's hardly any difference.
