Data that splits TSMC's revenue by process node reveals the 7nm process is seeing rapid adoption. Revenue of TSMC's most advanced node made up 11 percent of the total in Q3 2018 and this number climbed to 23 percent in Q4 2018.

It's interesting to see that the ramp of 7nm primarily affected sales of the 10nm node. Revenue of 10nm products now accounts for just 6 percent of TSMC's revenue, down from a peak of 25 percent in Q4 2017.
In the Q3 earnings call, CC Wei from TSMC stated that:

This is the first time in the semiconductor industry the most advanced logic technology is available for all product innovations at the same time. We continue to work with many customers on N7, N7+ product design and expect to see more than 100 customer product tape-outs by end of 2019 expect 7-nanometer to be a multiple waves of customer adoptions.
