UPDATE January 27, 2020: The news below turned out to be inaccurate. AMD announced on Twitter that this new "Wraith" cooler is actually a counterfeit product.

AMD quietly upgraded its Wraith Prism RGB processor cooler. This cooler is bundled with some of the company's higher-end Ryzen processors and performs reasonably well. Oddly enough, the new model has the same part number (712-000075 Rev: C) but it does have a pretty big upgrade. The original version has four heatpipes whereas the new version has six heatpipes. This should give it some extra cooling power for chips like the Ryzen 9 3900X, which has a 105W TDP.
The improved Wraith Prism looks practically like a replica of the original if not for the additional heat pipes. As noted by XFastest, the cooler seemingly retains the same measurements, mounting mechanism, RGB lighting and CPU socket support.
