Biostar B365 motherboards get Windows 7 x64 SP1 support

Biostar decided to add Windows 7 x64 SP1 support for its Intel B365 based budget motherboards. Windows 7 is no longer by Microsoft and hasn't received security updates since January 14, 2020. Details can be found on Biostar's website but we really recommend to switch to Windows 10.
