The guys from RadiativeNZ reviewed the LifeView FlyVideo 2000S PCI TV+FM Tuner :

The LifeView FlyVideo 2000S is a PCI based TV Tuner, TV Capture, and FM tuner card. There are a couple of versions available, the 2000 and the 2000S, the only difference is that the "S" version supports stereo sound.
