NVIDIA's Ampere GPUs have been on the market for a couple of months now and mobile versions are expected to be introduced on January 12, 2021. Some specifications leaked about the first three models; the RTX 3080 Mobile, RTX 3070 Mobile, and RTX 3060 Mobile.

RTX 3080 Mobile
This is the new flagship for gaming laptops. Based on a full GA104-775 GPU with 6144 CUDA cores, this model will be clocked up to 1.7GHz, depending on the variant (Max-P and Max-Q models have different values). There will be variants with 8GB and 16GB GDDR6 memory.

RTX 3070 Mobile
One step down the ladder we have the RTX 3070 Mobile, this one has a GA104-770 GPU with 5120 CUDA cores. You can expect a core clockspeed of up to 1.62GHz and memory capacity of up to 8GB GDDR6.

RTX 3060 Mobile
For the mid-range gaming laptop market there's the RTX 3060 Mobile. This card has a GA106 GPU with 3072 CUDA cores and a core frequency of up to 1.7GHz. If this is accurate, the card has fewer streaming multiprocessors (SMs) than the RTX 2060 Mobile. The RTX 3060 Mobile reportedly has 24 SMs, whereas the desktop RTX 3060 and the RTX 2060 Mobile have 30 SMs. The RTX 3060 Mobile allegedly has 6GB GDDR6 memory.

There are no leaks about the memory clockspeeds. So far, there's nothing that indicates a higher clockspeed than the 14Gbps seen on the Turing generation.
