The first motherboards with the nForce 780i are expected on November 12. This chipset will support 1066MHz and 1333MHz FSB Intel processors and will feature three PCI Express 2.0 slots, enabling you to plug in up to three high-end graphics cards in tri-SLI if you have a lot of cash.
However, the chip doesn't support DDR3 memory, you'll have to stick with DDR2 but that shouldn't really be a problem as DDR3 memory is still a lot more expensive than its predecessor.
