Motherboard maker Albatron has announced the launch of its first Intel i875 Canterwood based motherboard. They had already a i865 Springdale based motherboard, but now they are also adding a Canterwood one.

The PX875X motherboard from Albatron has AGP 8x, 5 PCI slots, eight USB ports, 3Com 10/100 ethernet, six channels audio with SP-DIF, two S-ATA ports and two IDE ports.

Albatron claims that this is a very good motherboard for overclockers, able to run a Pentium 4 at an FSB of 1200MHz or even faster.
Albatron claims that its board should be really nice for overcockers and that it can get your FSB to run at 1200MHz or even faster. While an overcocked board should run DDR 400 memory faster than JEDEC's specification, Albatron assures us.

PAT together with a 1200MHz FSB seems to be the key to this product and we'll just have to wait and see whether you will be able to choose from 400/533/800 and 1200MHz, as stated.
