Samsung to invest $1 billion in memory lines

Samsung announced it will invest 1.05 trillion won, roughly $1.05 billion, this year to upgrade its memory lines.

The firm said the investment will upgrade lines and improve production processes in order to enhance capacity and price competitiveness.
