Pentium 4 2.4GHz Overclocking

The Tech Zone has tested how far they would get a Pentium 4 2.4GHz!
They got the CPU stable at +-3.0GHz :
So now that I have an Intel P4 2.8 I figure it would be a good time to see how far I can push my P4 2.4. Overclocking is always fun but there always the chance of the CPU blowing up. That’s why having a P4 2.8 as a backup helps to offset some of the fear. I wanted to see just how far I can overclock the 2.4 and I wanted to give the CPU its best shot at it. Therefore my choice of cooling and related hardware would have to be thought out very carefully.
