OCZ announced it will reveal several new SSD solutions at the Flash Memory Summit 2013:
OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCZ), a leading provider of high-performance solid-state drives (SSDs) for computing devices and systems, will showcase its comprehensive range of flash-based storage solutions at this year's Flash Memory Summit (FMS), Booth #619, Santa Clara Convention Center, from August 13th through 15th. This industry-targeted event focusing on non-volatile flash-based memory products is an excellent opportunity for OCZ to present its leading enterprise solutions to new and existing customers, and to interface with strategic partners.

Offering enterprise application solutions covering virtualization, caching, acceleration and database optimization, OCZ will display a lineup of innovative flash storage solutions designed to solve performance, availability, and reliability roadblocks that turn IT assets into fully-realized resources. OCZ will feature a live demonstration of the award-winning ZD-XL SQL Accelerator that delivers tightly integrated hardware and software as one, optimized plug-and-play storage solution. The software-defined ZD-XL accelerates and optimizes Microsoft SQL Server database applications and its high-performance PCI Express (PCIe) solid-state drive works with intelligent acceleration and caching software to deliver the right and relevant data when the application needs it.

OCZ will also highlight the feature-rich VXL Virtualization Software that provides acceleration and application-optimized flash caching for virtualized environments. Combined with a high-performance Z-Drive R4 PCIe SSD, the latest VXL 1.3 version has evolved its synchronous data mirroring capabilities and automatic server failover mechanisms to enable ‘SAN-less,’ highly available, fault tolerant environments based entirely on virtualized host flash. The result is uninterrupted service for business-critical applications and an ideal enterprise solution for virtualized database deployments, email servers, or cloud computing applications.

OCZ will also preview its upcoming Intrepid 3 enterprise SATA III SSD solution based on the company's Everest 2 platform. Additional OCZ enterprise-class flash solutions to be demonstrated at FMS include the PCIe-based Z-Drive R4 Series, the SATA III-based Deneva 2 Series and the SAS-based Talos 2 Series. OCZ will also participate in panels and presentations at FMS helping attendees get the most out of flash memory. Come join OCZ at this year’s FMS, booth #619.
