AMD prepping Richland-based Sempron and Athlon CPUs

AMD has some new Richland-based Sempron and Athlon series processors on the way. Computer World writes this includes the Sempron 250, a dual-core chip with a 3.2GHz clockspeed, 1MB L2 cache and a 65W TDP.

The new Athlon series includes the Athlon X2 350, a dual-core 3.5GHz processor with 1MB L2 an a 65W TDP, as well as the Athlon X4 750, a quad-core model with 3.4GHz frequency, 4MB L2 and a 65W TDP.

These processors do not have integrated graphics though.
