ThermalRight offers a new spin on its True Spirit series with a new model that adopts the direct-touch approach. The mid-range True Spirit 140 Direct cooler features five nickel-plated 6mm copper heatpipes with a convex design that touch the CPU's heatspreader, these dissipate the heat to an aluminium fin array with a thickness of just 77mm.

The True Spirit 140 Direct measures 152mm x 77mm x 161mm (L x B x H) and weighs 760g. It's equipped with a ThermalRight TY 140 Black PWM 140mm fan that delivers up to 73.5CFM at a noise level of up to 21dBA. ThermalRight gives the cooler a maximum cooling performance rating of up to 200W.

The True Spirit 140 Direct cooler should be available soon for around 37.99EUR. Mounting tools are included to support Intel LGA1156/1155/2011/1150/2011-3/1151 and AMD AM2/AM2+/AM3/FM1/FM2/FM2+ processors.
